June 17th

  • Introducing custom alerts feature. Set up personalized alerts based on specific performance metrics in your Trackdesk account. Read the article for more details.

  • New „Mixed” value type added to conversion type on revenue and payout setting. This value type allows collection of revenue in percentages, but uses fixed values for payouts. Read the article for more details.

  • Added option to set AffS parameter targeting to Payout Builder. Feature also supports usage of „is one of” logic for easier management of bulk values. Read the article for more details.

  • Added set of UX improvements to affiliate role, including simplification on pinned offer widget, extra prominence to dashboard notes, more consistent terminology and more.

  • Report builder and overview reports now feature the aggregated gross clicks metrics.

  • Added data visibility setting for advertiser user role.

  • Added display of status/traffic status to advertiser list.

  • Localizations now consistently support proper date formatting per language’s standard.

  • Brought back „select all” option when using filters (limited up to 150 items).

  • Fixed handling of Tipalti payments when trying to pay out more than 150 affiliates.

  • Fixed improper handling of deleted records in report builder/overview reports.

  • Fixed validations of variables when setting affiliate postbacks.

June 10th

  • Enhanced customization of affiliates’ registration page. Select if you want to use minimal or extended layout, upload custom image assets and set default light/dark theme fore the registration page. Read the article for more details.

  • Added option to set unique payouts for specific affiliates in revenue and payout settings on offer.

  • Added „Profit” metric to performance graph on dashboard.

  • Added option to move date range across the system. Quickly jump between specific date ranges to compare the developments of your program’s performance.

  • Added missing descriptions to new pages in settings.

  • Fixed a bug that caused welcome emails for affiliates to not be sent in some scenarios.

  • Fixed incorrect time format display in alerts.

  • Fixed broken pagination on Tipalti settlement detail.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented offers from being deactivated from offer detail.

  • Fixed terminology inconsistencies for advertiser user role.

  • Fixed missing validations on advertiser registration page.

  • Fixed select all checkbox behavior on tables in the system.

May 29th

  • Added advertiser access functionality allowing network administrators to onboard, configure, and oversee advertisers. Read more details about admin options here and more details about the role here.

May 22nd

  • Fixed display of banner creatives, where parts of the images were cropped.

  • Fixed broken display of preview in email customization.

  • Fixed "Display conversion affiliate" setting on MLM.

  • Added Anura branding to click report when using Anura integration.

  • Other small tweaks and bugfixes.

May 20th

  • Added enhanced targeting to revenue and payout setting on offer. This powerful feature enables you to create customized revenue and payout structures that apply only when certain conditions are met. Read the article for more details.

  • Custom internal pages are now live. Create internal documentation, share guidelines, or provide any other information to help your team and affiliates succeed. Read the article for more details.

  • Anura integration is now available. Leverage Anura’s advanced fraud detection technology to improve the integrity of your data and protect your advertising spend. Read the article for more details.

  • Main menu has been reorganized – find useful features like Webhooks, Traffic control and Payout builder under the “Tools” option in the main menu. Affiliate postbacks were moved under the “Affiliates” options and other pages like Academy, Integrations and Marketplace to the top bar.

  • Added option to assign different affiliate manager when bulk updating affiliates.

  • Changed the minimum length of coupon code to two characters.

  • Added simplified view of affiliate payouts to offer list. Quickly get information about the payout setting without the need of going to offer detail.

  • Added option to approve/reject affiliates directly from the pending affiliate list.

  • Fixed behavior of preset management in report builder.

  • Fixed issues with filters and list navigations across multiple places in the app.

  • Fixed the inability to download creatives from the list view.

  • Other miscellaneous bug fixes across the app.

April 24th

  • Added option to individually sort each grouping level in report builder per different parameter and redesigned the grouping setting position.

  • Added loading state when opening grouping sub-levels.

  • Moved the get link block in affiliate tracking page to the top for easier access to affiliate tracking links.

April 16th

  • Added fallback settings for redirect offers. Select where should the click be routed for disabled offers, non-matching landing pages, and filled offer caps. Read the individual articles for more details.

  • Coupons will now be displayed on affilaite tracking page when they are set up on the offer to streamline link/coupon distribution to affiliates.

  • Affiliate tiers can now be deleted when not in use by any affiliate.

  • Added Revolut as a payment method for affiliates.

  • Various error handling improvements.

April 10th

  • Improved report builder performance when aggregating large amounts of data.

  • Fixed a bug that caused assigning of wrong advertiser on coupon when using CSV coupon import.

April 3rd

  • Settings of revenue and payouts on offers has been reworked and simplified. See the article for more details.

  • Added coupon details information to side modal in conversion report.

  • Affiliate managers are now able to resolve apply to run offer applications and manage affiliate access on private offers. [Enterprise+]

  • Added setting for enabling editing of conversions via API without authorization. Read the article for more details.

  • Optimized performance of report loading when large amounts of data are present.

  • Optimized handling of crating conversions that ended in retry errors.

  • Fixed behavior of automated weight distribution calculation on smart links, standard redirect clicks on landing pages in smartlink are no longer being used in the algorightm.

  • Fixed a bug in payout builder where included offers were taken as excluded.

  • Various other smaller bug fixes and optimizations.
