Scheduling Offer Deactivation

Learn how to schedule automatic offer deactivation for time-limited campaigns.

Running a limited-time offer? You can schedule its deactivation in advance so it automatically stops at a specific date and time—no manual action needed.

How to Schedule Offer Deactivation

  • Navigate to the Offer detail page.

  • Open the General tab.

  • In the Offer status section, click Schedule deactivation.

  • In the modal:

  • Select the deactivation date and time

  • Choose a fallback setting:

    • Do not redirect

    • Redirect to another offer

    • Redirect via smart link

    • Redirect to a custom URL

  • Confirm by clicking Schedule deactivation.

Immediate Deactivation (Optional)

If you want to deactivate the offer right away instead of scheduling it:

  • Click Deactivate offer in the same section.

  • Select the fallback option.

  • Confirm the action.

After Scheduling

Once scheduled:

  • The deactivation date will be visible in the General tab

  • You can cancel scheduling before the deactivation happens

  • The offer remains active until the scheduled time

What Happens After Deactivation

  • The offer stops accepting traffic

  • Conversions are no longer tracked

  • The offer moves to the Inactive tab in the offer list
