Use alerts to get notified on important events happening in your system. You can use both in-app alerts and email alerts to stay up-to-date.
Alerts are only available for admins.
Manage default affiliate alerts sent by the system. Each affiliate can override these settings with their preferences if they're available to them.
Setting up alerts
You can set up default alert settings for admins by navigating to Settings > Affiliates > Affiliate alerts.
Available - Specifies if the alert is available to affiliates. If unchecked the affiliate cannot see the alert and configure it in any way.
Your new alerts will show on the left, and your cleared alerts will show on the right.
Alert settings shows preference of the user.
If you would like to change the default settings for all admin users, you can navigate to the platform settings to set up default values.
Default alert setting can be overridden by each user according to their preferences. To set up your personal alert setting, click on the inbox icon on the topbar and then click on the cogwheel icon.
Creating alerts
You can create a new alert by navigating to Tools > Alerts.
