Landing pages are used by affiliates to know where they should aim visitors brought by them. You have two main choices when setting up your landing pages: direct landing pages and redirected landing pages.

Both tracking types allow you to add multiple landing pages to an offer.

Redirected landing pages are only available to Business plan and higher.

Feature update history:

  • 4.11.2024 – Added additional optional parameters that can be included in redirect landing page URL.

Landing page tracking type

When you reach the third stage of creating an offer, select the tracking type you want to use. You'll find more details on both methods below.

⚠️ Offer can have only one tracking type associated with it, once an offer is published the tracking type cannot be changed.

Direct landing pages

Affiliates can then select from these landing pages where to send their traffic. Direct landing pages of an offer need to always contain properly set tracking (via scripts, API or other integration).

The name of the landing page is shown to the user. It should indicate, e.g. what is the purpose of one landing page when more of them are present. When only one landing page is added, it is best practice to use names like "Landing page," "Global landing page," "Main landing page," and so on.

Redirected landing pages

Redirected landing pages allow you to assign landing pages for specific countries to offers and do not require a tracking script present on the target landing page. Conversions are created through a mandatory CID parameter in the URL.

The name of the landing page will be shown on the overview and serves for easier identification.

Enter the URL of your landing page and add your variables. The CID parameter is mandatory and you can optionally add the other tracking variables. Make sure to add the "?" symbol between the variables and the URL.

Now, incoming traffic from German IP addresses will be redirected to this landing page.

You can optionally add other parameters to the landing page URL, such as AffS1-S5, affiliate ID, offer ID and offer name.

After creating the first landing page, you can proceed to create different landing pages before making the offer public.

Landing page statuses

Landing pages have statuses. Each of the statuses behaves differently as to how traffic is accepted on said link.

There needs to be at least one landing page enabled, so if there is only one present and you want to "change it," then first add a new one and then disable the old one.

List of statuses

Enabled

Enabled means the landing page is visible for affiliates and is able to accept traffic of affiliates.

Hidden

Hidden means the landing page is hidden for affiliates and is able to accept traffic from affiliates. This case is for affiliates that already have this link and need to be informed to use a different link.

Disabled

Disabled means the landing page is hidden for affiliates and is able to accept traffic of affiliates, but all clicks are marked as 'Not allowed' in the Click report. This case is for affiliates that already have this link and need to be informed to use a different link.

How to change the status

In order to change the status of a landing page, navigate to an offer, then the Landing pages tab and use the button Edit on the landing page you wish to edit.

Select the new status and use the Save button.
