Introduction to Integrations in Trackdesk

Integrations in Trackdesk make affiliate management simpler by allowing you to connect Trackdesk with your favorite business tools, connect tracking, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure your data is always up-to-date.

There are four main types of automation and integration features available to you:

  • Tracking Integrations
    These integrations are built directly into Trackdesk and allow you to handle tracking of clicks and conversions. Tracking integrations are predefined workflows using Trackdesk native functionalities (scripts, API calls, etc...).

  • Native Integrations
    Trackdesk offers direct, built-in connections to platforms Anura for advanced fraud protection and Tipalti for automated affiliate payouts.

    • Anura Integration: Enhances Trackdesk’s fraud prevention by providing real-time detection of invalid clicks and traffic, flexible fraud scoring, and actionable reporting within your dashboard.

    • Tipalti Integration: Enables seamless payout automation for affiliates, supporting various payment methods and streamlining financial operations.

  • Popular Templates
    Powered by Albato, Trackdesk offers a library of ready-made Integration Templates—automation setups that connect Trackdesk to popular external platforms (such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or communication tools). With Integration Templates, you can quickly sync data, send conversions or affiliate signups to your CRM, automate reporting, and more, all with minimal setup.

  • Custom Automations (Build Your Own)
    If you require more flexibility, Trackdesk’s integration with Albato allows you to build your own custom automations using a no-code, visual builder. You can combine triggers, actions, and conditions to create workflows tailored to your specific business processes—right from the Trackdesk dashboard.
