Confirmo Payouts is a semi-automated cryptocurrency payment solution that connects seamlessly with your Trackdesk settlements. Instead of manually entering each affiliate's crypto wallet details into a payment platform, you can export your settlement data from Trackdesk in a format ready for Confirmo to process.
How It Works
The payout process follows these simple steps:
Create a settlement in Trackdesk as you normally would for your affiliates
Export the settlement using the Confirmo export option
Upload the CSV file to your Confirmo account
Process the payouts through Confirmo's platform
Trackdesk automatically formats the export to include all necessary information: payout amounts, wallet addresses, preferred cryptocurrencies, and your configured settings for fees and transaction priority.
Supported Currencies and Payment Methods
You can export settlements created in the following currencies:
US Dollar (USD)
Euro (EUR)
British Pound (GBP)
Czech Koruna (CZK)
Polish Złoty (PLN)
Hungarian Forint (HUF)
Affiliates can receive payouts in these cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin (BTC) - on the Bitcoin network
Ethereum (ETH) - on the Ethereum network
USD Coin (USDC) - on the Ethereum network
Tether (USDT) - on the Tron network
When you export a settlement, only affiliates who have added a supported crypto wallet address to their payment information will be included in the export file.
Getting Started
To start using Confirmo payouts:
Navigate to Settings > Crypto Payouts
Enable the Confirmo settlement export feature
Configure your preferred fee handling and Bitcoin priority settings
Create or view an existing settlement
Use the Confirmo export button to download the CSV file
Upload the file to your Confirmo account to process the payments
The integration ensures that your payout data is accurately formatted for Confirmo's platform, reducing manual work and potential errors when paying affiliates in cryptocurrency.
Configuration Options
Before exporting settlements, you can configure how your crypto payouts will be processed:
Enable Confirmo Settlement Exports
This main toggle activates the Confirmo export functionality. When enabled, you'll see the Confirmo export button on your settlement pages, and the system will indicate which affiliates are eligible for crypto payouts.
Transaction Fee Handling
You can choose who pays for the blockchain transaction fees:
Fees paid on top of payout (default): Transaction fees are deducted from your account balance, and affiliates receive the full settlement amount
Deduct fees from settled amount: Transaction fees are subtracted from each affiliate's payout amount
This setting applies to all payouts in the export file.
Bitcoin Transaction Priority
For Bitcoin payouts specifically, you can enable high-priority processing:
Standard priority (default): Bitcoin transactions use standard network fees and processing times
High priority: Bitcoin transactions are processed faster by paying higher network fees
Note that this setting only affects Bitcoin (BTC) payouts and doesn't impact other cryptocurrencies.
Working with Settlement Exports
When viewing a settlement in Trackdesk, you'll see information about which affiliates can be included in a Confirmo export. The system performs automatic checks for each affiliate:
Exportable: The affiliate's settlement currency and payment method are both supported
Not exportable: Either their settlement currency or crypto wallet type isn't supported by Confirmo
A settlement can be exported to Confirmo only if it contains at least one affiliate with an exportable payout. The export file will automatically exclude any affiliates whose payouts cannot be processed through Confirmo.
Important Limitations
Currency and Payment Method Support
Not all settlement currencies and payment methods can be exported to Confirmo. If you settle affiliates in currencies outside the supported list, or if affiliates use payment methods other than the four supported cryptocurrencies, those particular payouts cannot be included in the Confirmo export.
Partial Settlement Exports
When you export a settlement containing a mix of supported and unsupported affiliates, only the compatible payouts will be included in the CSV file. You'll need to process the remaining affiliates through other payment methods separately.
Configuration Requirements
Affiliates must have properly configured their crypto wallet addresses in their payment settings before a settlement is created. The wallet address from the time of settlement creation is what gets exported to Confirmo.
