July 4

  • MLM feature has been enhanced 👥 you can now:

    • Enable the feature for individual affiliates;

    • Set custom commissions and MLM tiers for each affiliate;

    • See the affiliate that made the source conversion in MLM commission report;

    • Toggle the display of the above for affiliates as well.

  • Single/multi select answers have been added to custom affiliate registration form 📋 Read the article for more details.

  • Added the ability to change a main user of a workspace 🤴 This will allow you to e.g. remove access from account that was used to originally create the workspace.

  • Stripe coupon tracking now support recurring payments 🔄

  • Calculate affiliate payouts from sales amount has been added as a stand alone setting on top of sales amount display to affiliates ⚖️

  • You can now request a feature or report a bug directly from the platform from the account dropdown💡 Let us know what you’d like to see next!

  • Changed the logic of performance graph lines display 📈 All metrics are now displayed from the bottom of the graph instead of cumulating.

  • Added option get affiliates by account ID to public API 🧑‍🧒

  • Arabic and Chinese localizations are now available in beta.

  • Offer caps can now be set to redirect offers 🧢 Configure limits for specific offers or for individual affiliates and keep track of how far into the limit you are. Read the article for more details or see the feature in action here. [Enterprise+]

  • System now supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) to increase security of your account 🔐 Read the article or view the demo for more details.

  • Custom parameters can now be added to apply to run applications 🏃 Add your own questions, surveys, and link your terms of application. Read more details here. [Enterprise+]

  • Introducing offer categories 📂 Keep your offers tidy and organized by using categories for offers. Read the articlefor more details.

  • Settings have been redesigned and reordered to facilitate easier navigation 🏷️

  • Improved offer navigation 📒 Individual pages in offer detail have been moved to a side menu to allow easier navigation.

  • You may now chose if you want to show conversion statuses to affiliates 👀 [Enterprise+]

  • Added "Settlement ID" and "Self-billing invoice ID" as a column and filter to conversion report 📊 This will help you to quickly find out what conversions were part of a generated settlement.

  • Changed the app loading icon to use user’s logo instead of Trackdesk logo.

  • Tracking blocking has been moved from settings to a standalone page in the main menu under Tracking.

  • Removed affiliate grouping from affiliate’s report builder (as they are only able to see their own data).

  • Fixed a bug that showed empty page when trying to sign up for tenant as an affiliate with existing account.

  • Fixed display of MLM commissions report for affiliates who are not eligible for it.

  • Fixed misaligned portal logo bug in Safari.

  • Fixed external CID filtering in click report.

  • Other various bug fixes and small improvements.

  • Introducing affiliate manager role. Invite your colleagues to manage all things related to affiliates with restricted access to other parts of the system. Read the article for more details or see it in action here.

  • Fixed missing translations in app login.

  • Various small UI tweaks and bug fixes.

  • Conversions can now be updated in bulk via CSV. Read the article for more details.

  • Extended IP whitelisting to offer level and advertiser level. Read the article for more details.

  • Offer creatives have been redesigned. View image details, choose between different layouts and quickly copy text content.

  • Email messages have also been redesigned. It now features a more standardized inbox view to keep track of your sent messages more easily.

  • Added postback generator link for offers of specific advertiser.

  • Fixed a bug causing issues with access to custom domains.

  • Added automatic hyperlinks to conversion report when using URL format in custom parameters.

  • Fixed various UI bugs in report builder.

September 27

  • Introducing presets, drilldowns, and additional groupings for the report builder. Get deep insights and more context for your data. See the updated demo for details or read the article. [Business+]

  • Aggregated reports have been unified into a single overview reports page. Quickly access all overviews in one place.

  • You can now select whether affiliates will be able to add revenue and sale amounts to postbacks. Read the article for more details.

  • Affiliates will now be able to add external CIDs to postbacks.

  • The WooCommerce app now supports mapping of conversion statuses in WordPress to statuses in Trackdesk.

  • The conversion status change webhook will now be triggered when the on-hold period ends.

  • Added a new webhook option – new coupon created in the system.

  • Added a click origin parameter to the click report, allowing you to see if a click originated via a direct or redirect tracking link.

  • Added a gross click metric to the click report to show how many times the same link was clicked.

  • Redirect links can now be shortened, masking added URL parameters.

  • Added a link to "My Account" when the revenue limit has been reached.

  • Fixed a bug that caused page freeze when a negative value was present in graphs.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented switching of offer status from private to apply-to-run.
