This feature is only available to Business plan and higher.

How to work with the report builder

Report builder allows you to create your own reports with groupings that go up to 3 levels in depth. To work with the builder, simply start adding the groupings to display the data:

You also have the option to change the displayed date ranges and add further filters. The grouping ordering can be drag and dropped to create new reports and context on the fly.

Report builder drilldowns

Report builder drilldowns allow you to add additional column groups to the report that are limited to a specific conversion type, conversion status, or a combination of both. This allows you to see a subset of data from the entire aggregate to get more context into your data. To add a drilldown, click on the drilldown button and select the conversion type or status to view. You can additionally edit which metrics you would like to see in the drilldowns (drilldown visibility setting is shared for all drilldown groups). Supported metrics are:

  • Conversions

  • Revenue

  • Payout

  • Profit

A common use-case for drilldowns would be using a sale and lead conversion type drilldown to view how many conversions from a selected metric have been sale conversions and how many were lead conversions.

Report builder presets

You can create your own report builder presets to quickly access the specific configuration of groupings, filters and drilldowns to create your own overview of what's most important to you.

To add a new preset, click on the ➕ button in the upper part of the page. You can name your preset however you like. To edit the preset, simply start using the report builder, once happy with the configuration confirm your changes in the preset tab by using the ✅ button for easy access in the future.
