Affiliate Managers

Assign specific affiliates to managers, giving them access to relevant data and communication tools.

Are you overwhelmed with managing your affiliates and everything related to them? Now you can invite team members to work as affiliate managers. They will have access to all aspects of affiliate management, with restricted access to other parts of the system.

Explore this feature through our interactive demo.

Adding an affiliate manager to your system

Affiliate managers are treated as general users by the system. There are two ways to add affiliate managers to your system:

  • Via the affiliate managers page

  • Via Settings → Users → Users

On the affiliate managers page, click the Invite Affiliate Manager button to open the invitation modal:

In Settings → Users → Users, the Invite a new user button is in the Invitations block, below the list of invitations.

Enter their email and select the manager type (see below for details).

On the affiliate managers page, you will see the total number of pending invitations. You can view the invitation details in Settings → Users → Users, in the Invitations block.

Affiliate manager types

The system distinguishes between two types of affiliate managers:

  • Super Affiliate Manager: Has access to data of all affiliates in the system. Has read-only access to other parts of the system, for example offers, except that they can assign any affiliate to offers or block them from offers.

  • Affiliate Manager: Has access to data of affiliates that were manually assigned to them. Has read-only access to other parts of the system, for example offers, except that they can assign these affiliates to offers or block them from offers.

See below for the full list of permissions related to managed affiliates.

Affiliate manager permissions

Similar to affiliates, affiliate managers have their unique view of the system. Their purpose is to access all features available to affiliates, allowing them to perform actions on their behalf.

Affiliate managers only have access to data for the affiliates in their scope: a Super Affiliate Manager for all affiliates, a standard Affiliate Manager only for the affiliates assigned to them. They can see all offers, and they can add affiliates to offers or block them from offers only for affiliates in their scope.
