If you forgot your password, follow the steps below to reset it and regain access to your account.
Where is the password reset feature located?
You can find the password reset option directly on the login page of your affiliate program:
Example:
your-affiliate-program.trackdesk.com
You can also reset your password on the Trackdesk website at trackdesk.com/login. This works for all users, the same as on the login page of an affiliate program.
If you only partly completed the registration of a client account, you can reset your password only on trackdesk.com/login, because your user is not tied to any client account yet.
How to reset your password
Step 1: Click the Forgot password? link
On the login page, click the Forgot password? link.
Step 2: Request password reset instructions
Enter your email address
Click the Send me instructions button
Step 3: Check your email
Open the email with the subject Reset your password
Click the Reset password button
Follow the instructions to set a new password
