Add your own message and instructions to automatic emails from the platform, or communicate in your preferred language.
This feature is available only on the Enterprise pans and Network plans.
Editing email content
Navigate to Settings -> General -> Email customization.
You can customize the content of emails sent by the system, including the subject line, and the body.
You will see the option to edit content for three systemic emails:
Welcome email – ApprovedGets send when new affiliate registers in approved stateWelcome email – PendingGets send when new affiliate registers in pending stateInvite userGets send when new user (admin or affiliate manager) is invited
You can edit the content for each email individually:
You can also use specific variables as defined above. Once done, don't forget to save your email.
You can preview how the email will look by clicking the "Preview email" button.
