Add your own content to invitation emails sent out automatically by the system.

Add your own message and instructions to automatic emails from the platform, or communicate in your preferred language.

This feature is available only on the Enterprise and Network plans.

Editing email content

Navigate to Settings -> General -> Email customization.

You will see the option to edit content for three systemic emails:

  • Welcome email – Approved Gets send when new affiliate registers in approved state

  • Welcome email – Pending Gets send when new affiliate registers in pending state

  • Invite user Gets send when new user (admin or affiliate manager) is invited

You can edit the content for each email individually:

You can also use specific variables as defined above. Once done don't forget to save your email.

You can preview how the email will look by clicking the "Preview email" button.
