Firstly, in order to find the email functionality, navigate to Affiliates > Email message.
You can target affiliate recipients in four ways: to all affiliates, by status, by tier, or to individual affiliates.
Select recipient targeting in the Send field.
Target variants
If "to all affiliates" is selected, then the email will be sent to all affiliates present in the system, no matter what their status is.
If "by status" is selected, then the email will be sent only to affiliates with the selected status (Enabled, Disabled, Pending).
If "by tier" is selected, the email will be sent only to affiliates in the selected tier.
If "to individual" is selected, then the email will be sent only to selected affiliates.
Sending limits and delivery
Before sending, Trackdesk shows how many recipients are selected and how many messages are still available for today.
If the daily recipient limit is exceeded, the message cannot be sent until enough quota is available again.
If you use a custom SMTP server, the native daily recipient limit is not applied.
Reply-To behavior: By default, the Reply-To address is prefilled from your account contact email or by the email selected in the Custom SMTP if set up.
You can unlock and edit it for each message using the pencil icon.

The history of sent emails is right below the "New message" button.
