If your affiliate campaigns rely heavily on redirect landing pages, you might want to consider using your own dedicated redirect URL instead of the shared global ones. Custom redirect domains allow you to do just that.

For users on the Business plan, we offer the registration of one custom redirect domain. For users on the Enterprise and Network plans, we offer the registration of up to three custom redirect domains.

Getting your own custom redirect domain link

The registration of a new custom redirect domain is handled on-demand by our Customer Success team. Get in touch with us to begin the registration process. By default, we register .com domains. Please note that your selected domain must be available for registration. If you have other preferences, communicate them with our Customer Success team. Extra charges may apply in special cases.

Managing custom redirect domains in the system

Once a custom redirect domain is added to your account, affiliates will be able to select it to generate their redirect landing page tracking link. Additionally, you have the following options:

  • Select whether the global (shared) redirect domains should be available for selection.

  • Set a pre-selected redirect domain at the global level.

  • Set a pre-selected redirect domain for specific offers.

  • Set a pre-selected redirect domain for specific affiliates.

The system follows the hierarchy below when different default redirect domains are set at the global, offer, or affiliate levels: Affiliate -> Offer -> Global.

Global default setting

To manage global settings, navigate to Settings -> Tracking -> Redirect domains. Here, you will find the option to select the default global custom redirect domain. You can also use the toggle at the bottom of the page to hide global redirect domains from the selection list throughout the system.

Offer level setting

To change the default redirect domain for a specific offer, navigate to the details of an offer that uses redirect landing pages and go to the Redirect domain menu option.

Affiliate level setting

To set a default redirect domain for specific affiliates, navigate to **Affiliate list -> Affiliate detail -> Redirect domain** and set the domain for the specific affiliate.
