Can an Affiliate Change Their Email?
Currently, it is not possible for affiliates to change their email address.
The login email acts as an identifier in the system and cannot be modified directly.
How to Handle an Email Change
If an affiliate needs to use a different email address, there are two available options:
Option 1: Delete and Recreate the Affiliate Account
Delete the existing affiliate account
Ask the affiliate to register again using the new email address or create the account on their behalf
Option 2: Contact Support to Update the Email
Reach out to support at [email protected]
The support team can update the affiliate’s email address internally
The new email must not already be used by another account
Notes
Deleting an affiliate account may result in loss of access to historical data under that account
Updating via support preserves the existing affiliate data and history
Always ensure the new email address is not already registered in the system
