Can you be an admin on more than one Trackdesk account?

Yes, you can access and manage multiple accounts from a single login.

How It Works

You can create and manage multiple client accounts (projects) under one email address.

  1. Go to the Trackdesk dashboard:

  2. From the My projects page, click Create new project.

Each project represents a separate Trackdesk account with its own setup, affiliates, and tracking.

Accessing Multiple Accounts

Once you have multiple projects:

  • You can switch between them from the My projects page

  • Each project operates independently

  • You remain logged in under the same email

Access via Invitations

In addition to creating your own projects, you can also be invited as an admin to accounts created by other users.

This allows you to:

  • Access and manage external Trackdesk accounts

  • Collaborate with clients or team members

  • Work across multiple accounts without needing separate logins

This is especially useful if you are working with clients or managing accounts that were already set up by someone else.
