Yes, we offer integration support across all current paid Trackdesk plans.

The level of support depends on your plan, but our goal is always the same: help you get your tracking up and running as smoothly as possible.

What does integration help include?

In most cases, integration is a shared effort between your team and ours:

  • Our team prepares the tracking setup and provides clear instructions and required parameters

  • Your team completes the implementation on your platform (e.g. adding scripts, configuring postbacks, updating links)

This approach allows us to support a wide variety of platforms while keeping integrations flexible and efficient.

In specific cases, our team may also be able to fully handle the integration for you, depending on the complexity and scope of the setup.

Business plan

On the Business plan, integration support includes:

  • Basic guidance and setup instructions

  • Help with standard integrations (e.g. postbacks, tracking links)

  • Troubleshooting and validation of your setup

Higher plans

On higher-tier plans (Enterprise and all Network plans), we provide more advanced assistance, including:

  • Support with more complex or custom integrations

  • Deeper troubleshooting and tailored recommendations

  • Guidance for non-standard or edge-case setups

The assistant guides you/your affiliate through the configuration process step by step and helps identify the correct parameters required by different affiliate tracking platforms.
