How to Delete Your Account

Currently, it is not possible to delete your account directly from the platform.

To request deletion:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected]

  • Our team will process your request and confirm once the deletion is completed

Important:
For security reasons, the request must be sent from an admin email associated with the account, or you may be asked to provide additional verification to confirm ownership.

If you have multiple accounts/projects, please include them in your request so we can remove everything at once.

Before You Delete Your Account

If you’re considering deleting your account due to an issue, we recommend reaching out first, we will try our best to help resolve it.

For example:

  • Integration issues

  • Setup difficulties

  • Missing functionality

Alternatives to Deletion

Depending on your situation, you might not need to delete your account:

  • Free trial:
    If your trial ends, you will not be charged automatically. Your account will simply return to the plan selection screen.

  • Plan changes:
    If you want to switch to a different paid plan, contact [email protected] and we’ll assist you.

Automatic Deletion of Inactive Accounts

Trackdesk may automatically delete inactive non-subscribed accounts after prior email notifications.

  • You will be notified in advance

  • If no action is taken, the account may be removed

  • Deleted accounts can be recreated using the same email address
