How can I delete my account?

You might want to delete your account because you are not able to change your email address, you want to start from scratch, or simply the platform has not worked for you.

However, it is not possible to delete your account from your side.

You will need to write to us at [email protected] so that we can process the deletion from our side. We will then confirm with you once the deletion has been completed.

Please let us know if you have more accounts that need to be deleted.

If you want to delete your account because you had some issue with integration, please let us know so we can assist you and resolve it together.

If you would like to downgrade to a different paid plan, let us know at [email protected] and we will assist you with the change.

If you are currently on free trial, you will not be charged once the trial is over, and instead you will just be returned to the Free plan.
