The system timezone present in the system is selected by you during the registration for Trackdesk.

The system timezone is used for all newly registered users (be it other colleagues or affiliates).

This timezone predefines the user timezone which any user is able to change to their liking. For more information about the user timezone see the following article - User timezone.

How can I change the System Timezone?

In order to change the system timezone, navigate to settings then to section General and go to the page labelled System Timezone. Select the new timezone and save the settings.

What happens to existing users when the timezone is changed?

When the system timezone is changed, nothing is changed for existing users. Users keep their current settings, be it the previous timezone or their custom timezone.
