Upload Your Logo and Favicon

Personalize the platform with your company logo and favicon for easy recognition.

Your logo in the system

You can upload a logo for your system. To upload or change your logo, navigate to Settings → General → Branding. The favicon is set on the next item.

Where the logo appears

The logo will appear in the following places:

  • The admin and affiliate menu bar when signed in.

  • The affiliate sign-up / registration page.

  • The affiliate login page to your program.

  • The invitation page affiliates land on when you invite them.

  • Public-facing pages under your program's domain (marketplace card, error pages).

  • Transactional emails sent to your affiliates (welcome email, invitation, password reset, etc.).

Light/dark logo

Users can switch between light and dark modes. You can save logos specific to both modes.

If one of the logos is missing, the other is used. If both logos are missing, a stylised name of your affiliate program is used.

Logo appearance in emails

We prefer the light-mode logo to be used in emails. If the light-mode logo is not present, the dark-mode logo is used. If neither is present, a styled name of your affiliate program is used.

Logo recommendations

The recommended ratio for the logo is 6:1. Most logo formats are accepted; we recommend PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, or GIF.

System favicon

You can select a favicon for your system. Your favicon will be visible next to the page title in the browser tab. The favicon is set under Settings → General → Branding, on the item below the logo.

Favicon recommendations

Favicons should be square. We recommend at least 32×32 px (larger is fine); 16×16, 32×32, and 48×48 are all common choices.

PNG and ICO are the most reliable choices across browsers. JPG, GIF, SVG, and WebP are also accepted.

There is only one favicon: it is used regardless of the user's theme.
