Instead of relying on manual communication, the system sends alerts directly to affiliates when something relevant occurs, such as a new offer becoming available or a payment being processed.
Affiliates receive these alerts through two channels: In-App notifications (visible inside their dashboard) and Email.
How It Works
For Admins
As an admin, you control which alerts affiliates can receive and how they're delivered. Navigate to Settings → Affiliate Alerts to configure the defaults for your entire network.
For each alert type, you can set:
Available – Whether the alert is visible to affiliates at all. If unchecked, affiliates cannot see or configure the alert in any way.
Enabled – Whether the alert is turned on by default.
Channels – Where the alert is delivered: In-App, Email, or both.
These are your network-wide defaults. Individual affiliates can override the enabled state and channel preferences for any alert that is made available to them.
For Affiliates
Affiliates can manage their own alert preferences from their dashboard. For any alert marked as available by the admin, they can choose to enable or disable it and select their preferred delivery channels (In-App, Email, or both).
New alerts appear in the Alerts section of the affiliate dashboard, where they can be viewed and cleared.
Available Alert Types
The following alerts can be sent to affiliates:
New offer added – Triggered when a new offer becomes available to the affiliate.
Offer deactivated – Triggered when an offer the affiliate had access to is deactivated.
Offer deactivation scheduled – Notifies the affiliate that an offer they have access to will be deactivated at a future date.
Resolution of apply-to-run offer – Sent when the affiliate's request to access a restricted offer is approved or denied.
Settlement created – Notifies the affiliate that a payment settlement has been created for them.
New sub-affiliate registered – Triggered when a new affiliate registers under the affiliate's referral (relevant for multi-level programs).
