Airtable Popular Templates

Trackdesk provides an automation scenario that helps you store and organize affiliate conversions directly in Airtable.

Using the Airtable Popular Template, you can automatically send newly created conversions from Trackdesk into an Airtable table.

You can also build your own custom automation workflows using Custom Automations, where many more triggers and actions are available.

This article explains how to access the Airtable Popular Template, enable its scenario, and customize it to fit your workflow.

Accessing the Airtable Popular Template

To access the template:

  1. Log in to your Trackdesk workspace.

  2. In the main menu on the left, click Integrations.

  3. The Popular Templates section loads automatically.

  4. Scroll to the Productivity category.

  5. Select the Airtable ↔ Trackdesk template.

This template contains all Airtable automation scenarios predefined by Trackdesk.

Available Scenario

The Airtable Popular Template includes one ready-to-use scenario:

  • Send new conversions to Airtable
    Sends newly created conversions from Trackdesk into Airtable.

This scenario can be activated independently.

Connecting Airtable

When installing your first Airtable-related scenario, Trackdesk will prompt you to authorize your Airtable account.

During the connection setup, you will be asked to select:

  • The Airtable base you want to use

  • The Airtable table where Trackdesk data should be stored

To connect Airtable:

  1. Click Install next to the Airtable scenario.

  2. Follow the instructions on the screen to authorize access to Airtable.

  3. Select the base and table where conversions should be saved.

  4. Confirm the connection.

Installing and Enabling the Scenario

To enable the scenario:

  1. Open the Airtable Popular Template.

  2. Click Install on the scenario.

  3. Select your Airtable base and table if prompted.

  4. Add required information into the builder if needed.

  5. Toggle the scenario ON using the switch on the scenario row or click Start at the bottom.

Once enabled, Trackdesk will automatically send new conversions to your selected Airtable table.

Customizing the Scenario

You can adjust:

  • Which conversion fields should be sent to Airtable

  • Column mappings between Trackdesk and Airtable

  • Additional metadata or custom fields

  • Conditions or filters for which conversions should be included

These options help you structure your Airtable data exactly as needed.

Troubleshooting

Data not appearing in Airtable?
• Ensure the scenario toggle is ON.
• Check that the selected table and base exist and allow writes.
• Verify your Airtable authorization is active.

Template not visible?
• Refresh the Integrations page. Popular Templates update automatically.
