You have the option to select the conversion statuses that should be shown on all dashboard widgets and in reports. There are two levels for this setting: default set by admin in settings and personal set by user in each of their instances.

To set the global defaults, navigate to Settings -> General –> Dashboard and reports. Here you can select the conversion statuses that will be selected by default for: dashboard widgets, daily report, overview reports and report builder.

Each user will be able to override the setting in their own sessions. This is done directly on dashboard, or in specific reports listed above.
