Each affiliate account contains essential information, some of which can be modified by administrators or managers within Trackdesk. Editable details include the affiliate’s name, assigned tier, commission structure, and both the account status and traffic status.

Affiliate and traffic statuses are outlined below:

Affiliate Statuses

  1. Enabled Affiliates
Affiliates with this status have full access to the system and can view their performance statistics. Upon being marked as Enabled, the affiliate receives a welcome email, notifying them of their active status.

  2. Pending Affiliates
Pending affiliates are either awaiting your approval or have been manually set to this status. While Pending, affiliates cannot log in to the system or receive traffic data in their reports.

  3. Disabled Affiliates
Disabled affiliates do not have access to the system and cannot view any performance statistics.

Traffic Statuses

  1. Enabled Traffic
This status allows the affiliate’s account to generate clicks and conversions.

  2. Disabled Traffic
With Disabled Traffic status, clicks and conversions will not be recorded for the affiliate.

These statuses provide flexibility and control over affiliate access and activity, ensuring that only approved affiliates receive traffic and data insights.
