Allow affiliates to view conversion parameters, such as Order IDs.

Want to have granular control over what parameters you want to show to your affiliates? With our data visibility settings, you will always stay in control of what affiliates see.

Data visibility options

All data visibility options can be found in the settings under Affiliates -> Data visibility.

You have the option to show revenue, sales amounts, affiliate payout display, conversion statuses, and clicks and conversion parameters.

For revenue and sales amount parameters, you have three options: turn visibility off for all affiliates, enable it for all affiliates (with the option to include specific affiliates), or enable it only for specific affiliates.

When hidden, revenue and sales amount metrics are removed from the affiliate's dashboard, all reports, and postbacks. Even if an affiliate includes the revenue variable in their postback, the system won't deliver this data unless visibility is enabled.

You can also choose the affiliate payout display for the affiliates to see percentage payouts based on either revenue or sales amount. While the system calculates all payouts from revenue, the affiliate view will display percentage payouts according to the selected metric. In the admin view, all payout rates are shown based on revenue.

Additionally, you can display specific conversion statuses for affiliates.

Lastly, you can choose to show clicks and conversion parameters to affiliates.

Click and conversion parameters visibility impact only the affiliate conversion report and click report. Note that click report features only the External CID parameter.
