Platform

Trackdesk is built on a modern, scalable infrastructure using Google Cloud and Cloudflare.

On Google Cloud, we utilize strictly serverless and globally distributed services. This means we do not rely on individual servers, but rather on highly available service pools distributed across multiple geographically independent locations within the EU.

This architecture ensures:

  • High availability

  • Automatic scaling

  • Resilience against regional outages

We are continuously expanding our infrastructure and plan to introduce additional regions in Asia and the United States.

All traffic is managed through a global load balancer, which includes adaptive firewall protection to mitigate DDoS attacks and ensure stable performance.

Edge & Redirect Infrastructure

For tracking and redirect services, Trackdesk leverages Cloudflare’s global network, consisting of 120+ data centers worldwide.

This provides:

  • Low-latency redirects globally

  • High availability of tracking links

  • Additional protection against DDoS and malicious traffic

Database & Data Storage

Trackdesk uses Google Cloud managed SQL instances for reliable and secure data storage.

Key features include:

  • Daily automated backups

  • Point-in-time recovery

  • High availability and managed maintenance

Primary data is stored within the European Union (EU).

Backups are stored in Google Cloud Storage, a globally distributed and highly durable storage system designed to prevent data loss.
