Build more engagement with your affiliates by providing them with direct contact information for you or one of your team members.
This will also enable your affiliates to receive information and direction from you directly rather than them attempting to contact Trackdesk support.
Here's how to set up the information.
Adding your contact information
Navigate to Settings -> Affiliates -> Affiliate communication:
In the Settings, you will find the options to add your contact's name, email, telephone number, and a contact number for Signal/Telegram/WhatsApp:
Your affiliates will be able to view the information on the bottom left corner of their dashboard.
You can review how the information will look like on your own by using the impersonation feature.
