The Tenant ID is your unique identifier in Trackdesk, it’s the same as the subdomain in your Trackdesk URL.
For example:
If your URL is:
https://my-program.trackdesk.com/Your Tenant ID is:
my-program
This identifier is required for certain integrations and API requests.
Where to find your Tenant ID
If you are accessing Trackdesk via a custom domain, you can find your Tenant ID directly in the platform:
Go to Settings
Locate Your Trackdesk identifiers in the top-right corner
Click it to open the identifiers modal
View your identifiers
In the opened modal, you will find:
Tenant ID
Personal access tokens
Revenue origin ID
