The white-label feature on Trackdesk allows you to customize the platform with your branding options. For more information on branding (adding logo, favicon, etc.), see Upload your logo and favicon.
The white-label feature automatically turns on when you upgrade to the Scale plan or above.
With the white-label feature, you can:
Hide "powered by" on your login and registration screens.
Hide the Trackdesk logo in the main menu of your dashboard.
Hide the Trackdesk logo loader while the app is loading, using your logo as the loader instead.
Without white-label
Below are the locations where the Trackdesk logo appears around the platform when white-label isn't enabled.
The first appears at the bottom left of the dashboard:
The second appears under the affiliate registration form:
With white-label
With white-label enabled, your dashboard looks like this (no Trackdesk logo anywhere):
