How To Go To Paid Plan

Learn how to upgrade your account from a free trial or restricted state to a paid plan.

When Upgrade Is Required

If your account becomes restricted (e.g. after a free trial ends, reaching limits, or subscription changes), you will see a notification prompting you to upgrade.

Your tracking continues to work in the background, but access to the platform may be limited until you upgrade.

Option 1: Upgrade From Banner Or Dashboard

When you are on a free trial of paid plan, you will see upgrade options directly in the platform interface.

  • Click the "Upgrade" or "Upgrade now" button (e.g. in the top banner or dashboard)

  • Select your desired plan

  • Proceed to the payment step to complete the upgrade

Option 2: Upgrade From My Account

You can also upgrade your plan from your account dashboard.

After Upgrading

Once your payment is successful:

  • Your account access will be fully restored

  • All tracked clicks and conversions will remain available

  • You can continue working without interruption

Notes

  • If you are interested in a custom setup or pricing, you can contact Sales directly from the upgrade flow

  • Your data is preserved even while access is restricted
